1. Who I am

Quota is developed and sold by Misha Manko, an independent software developer ("I", "me"). Contact: hello@quotawidget.com.

2. The product

Quota is a macOS application that displays usage-limit information from AI provider accounts that you own and authenticate yourself. Quota is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic, OpenAI, or any AI provider.

3. License

Your purchase grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use Quota on Macs you personally own or control. You may not redistribute, resell, or sublicense the app.

4. Payments

Purchases are processed by a third-party payment provider acting as merchant of record, which handles checkout, invoicing, applicable taxes, and payment data. The provider is identified at checkout and on your receipt. I never see your card details.

5. Third-party services

Quota reads usage data from AI providers using undocumented interfaces that those providers may change or discontinue at any time. I work to restore functionality quickly when this happens, but I cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation of features that depend on third-party services.

6. Warranty disclaimer

Quota is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. I do not guarantee that the usage figures displayed are accurate, complete, or current - they reflect what the provider's API reports at the time of refresh.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from your use of Quota is limited to the amount you paid for your license.

8. Changes

I may update these terms; material changes will be noted on this page with a new date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
