Refund Policy
1. The guarantee
Every Quota license comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, request a refund within 14 days of purchase and you will receive a full refund of the purchase price. You do not need to give a reason, complete a form, or troubleshoot first.
2. How to request a refund
Email hello@quotawidget.com with the email address you used at checkout (and your order reference, if you have it). That is all that is required. Refund requests are acknowledged within 2 business days.
3. How refunds are processed
- Approved refunds are issued through the payment provider that processed your purchase, back to your original payment method.
- Refunds are processed within 14 days of approval; most arrive within 5-10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
- Your license is deactivated when the refund is issued.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights. In particular, if you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, Switzerland, or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a purchase of digital content within 14 days of the transaction, subject to the conditions of that right under applicable law. Where your statutory rights and this policy differ, whichever gives you the higher level of protection applies.
5. After 14 days
Requests made after 14 days are reviewed case by case. One commitment is unconditional: if Quota permanently stops working for you because a supported provider changed its service and no fix ships within a reasonable time, you will be refunded regardless of the purchase date.
6. Fair use
The guarantee exists to remove risk from an honest purchase. Repeated purchase-and-refund cycles or other refund abuse may be declined, in line with the payment provider's policies.
